Always take or make a little time to warm up, your body will
thank you later. It all depends on how much time you have and on what your
body needs. It may be a full class or just one or two of the main basic steps.
It could be in a sauna or another form of excise but all the same do one; it
helps to relax before the show/ performance and ready to go over any step that
is playing up in your mind. Keep the body warm with the track suit, leg warmers
and any thing that allows you to still move about with easy.
Wear a robe, scarf and old jumper.
I love the old sweat pants or tracksuit bottoms, cut the
